In brief: we use your details to answer your quote request and, if you book, to arrange the flight. We share them only with those who need them for that, keep them only as long as necessary, and never sell them.

The broker behind this site

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet vs First Class.

What we receive

From the quote form: your name, email address and phone number; trip details such as airports, dates, number of travellers and notes; and, automatically, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed. Nothing on this site asks for card details, passport numbers or birth dates; if you book, the operator may later need passenger details for its manifest, and we ask for them separately.

What it is for

Answering your request with aircraft options and prices, arranging the flight with the operator if you go ahead, and sending occasional offers such as empty legs if, and only if, you ticked the box. Every offer email can be stopped with a reply.

Who it goes to

The operator that would fly your trip, and the service providers that help us run quotes and bookings, such as our email and hosting companies, each limited to the information its part of the work requires. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for your request, your flight and any follow-up, and then for the periods tax, accounting and legal rules require. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix anything wrong, or ask us to erase it: reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form, whichever is easier. You may also be entitled to complain to a data protection authority where you live.

Cookies and fonts

There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and nothing is stored beyond what is essential to serve the pages. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives the ordinary technical details of those requests.

Under-16s

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about children under 16, and trips for minors should be requested by a parent or guardian.

We will post any changes to this policy here and update the effective date.
